Pick Up Instructions
Please arrive at the hotel or mall pick up location at least ten minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. We cannot return for late guests.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, mall shuttle reservations are required for all hotel pick-ups.
Where is the pick up location for hotels?
The mall shuttle driver will pick you up at the lobby entrance of your hotel.
Do I need to make a reservation for the return shuttle?
No need to book a return trip from the mall! You'll meet the mall shuttle at the mall at any of the following times: 11:20am, 12:20pm, 1:20pm, 3:20pm, 4:50pm, 6:20pm and 8pm.
Where is the pick up & drop off location at the Westfield Southcenter Mall?
Drop off and pick up location at the Westfield Southcenter Mall is outside the South Entrance of the mall between JOEY Southcenter and Duke's Seafood.
When do you operate?
Our Mall service operates 7 days a week (excluding certain holidays).
