Do you pick up at SeaTac Airport?
Yes, we offer scheduled shuttle service directly from SeaTac Airport to both Seattle Piers 66 & 91.
Can you drop off at SeaTac Airport?
Yes, we offer direct shuttle service to SeaTac Airport from Piers 66 & 91.
Where is the pick up from the SeaTac Airport?
We have a convenient pick-up located on the baggage claim level inside door 4. You will need to check in with our airport agent before boarding the bus.
Do you pick up at Downtown Seattle Hotels?
We currently provide service to Downtown Seattle hotels for private groups only.
What hotels to do you pick up at?

How long is the ride from SeaTac hotels to the Cruise Piers?
The average time from a SeaTac Hotel to Seattle Cruise Piers is 45 minutes.
Can you accommodate wheelchairs?
We can accommodate guests in wheelchairs who are able to briefly stand and walk to board and exit the bus. Please contact Premier Airport Shuttle, our ADA partner company, if you require a wheelchair lift.
Can you accommodate motorized scooters?
Yes, with advance notice. We're able to accommodate folding wheelchairs, walkers, and rollators on the shuttle. We can also accommodate small folding travel scooters that weigh 50 pounds or less. We are not able to accommodate larger mobility scooters or power wheelchairs.
TIP: You can rent a scooter at Pier 91 (Carnival, Celebrity, Cunard, Holland America, MSC, Princess, Royal Caribbean & Virgin Cruise Lines)
Do you have any luggage restrictions?
Transfers include one suitcase (up to 32") and one personal item that can be comfortably carried in a lap or under a seat per person. Additional bags are $25.00 per bag and must be declared prior to your date of transfer. Failure to disclose additional baggage may result in the cancellation of your transfer without a refund.
If your additional baggage contains medical equipment, please contact us so we can notate your booking.
What is your refund policy?
All tickets are fully refundable with 24-hour advance notice.
Do you offer a discounted rate for children?
Yes. Children age five and under ride for $22 one-way and $42 roundtrip. Children three and under can ride for free if they are sat on an adult's lap.
Are car seats required and do we have any available for use?
Car seats are not required. If you would like to use a car seat, you will need to furnish one and give advance notice as not all our buses have seatbelts.
Can we arrange private transportation?
Yes, we offer private transfers for 15-300 guests.
