What hotels do you pick up from?
We offer shuttle service from nearly 40 partner hotels in the SeaTac area!
Where do you pick up passengers at hotels?
Pick up location varies by hotel. Details will be on your booking confirmation, or you can contact us directly with any questions.
What times do you pick up at?
9:00 am, 10:00 am & 11:00 am (subject to change for 2026)
How long is the ride to Pier 91?
Approximately 45 minutes depending on traffic.
Where do you drop off passengers at the pier?
We drop off in the bus lanes directly in front of the cruise terminal.
Are there luggage limits for the shuttle?
Passengers can bring one suitcase of any size and one personal item that's small enough to be carried on a lap. Additional luggage incurs a fee of $25 per bag.
Can I bring my mobility aid (walker, wheelchair, scooter, etc)?
We're able to accommodate folding wheelchairs, walkers, and rollators on the shuttle. We can also accommodate small folding travel scooters that weigh 50 pounds or less. We are not able to accommodate larger mobility scooters or power wheelchairs.
Are there steps to board the shuttle?
Yes, all shuttles have 3-4 stairs into the seating area.
Do you have shuttles with chair lifts or ramps?
No, we currently do not have shuttles with chair lifts or ramps in our fleet.
Do you provide child safety seats?
No. Child safety seats are not provided and not required.
Is this a private shuttle?
No. Seattle Express operates shared, scheduled shuttle services. Private or exclusive vehicle use is not included unless booked separately as a charter. Inquire about Private Shuttles here.
